“Chili’s Grill & Bar, Fort Hood was a difficult assignment as it was the first Public Private Venture with the United States Army for a Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant. All phases of construction were handled seamlessly by Mavery. The bureaucracies along the way were mind boggling, yet the Building was completed On Time and On Budget.  Mavery has already been hired for our next two projects.
